Rycote targets location recording engineers with new equipment

Rycote’s new universal wireless receiver camera bracket is aimed at location recording engineers who want a quick-release, instant-access means of attaching their wireless mic receivers to a camcorder or video camera. The new bracket connects to the camera via either the standard quarter-inch female thread or, if that already has accessories attached, via the camera’s hot shoe, making use of one of Rycote’s milled brass thread and hot shoe adapters.
