APart celebrates 20th anniversary with new logo
WORLD: An APart seminar held in Antwerp, Belgium has signified ‘a new era’ for the manufacturer, with the unveiling of a brand new logo and a wealth of new products to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
The majority of the manufacturer’s distributors and a number of invited guests attended the seminar, and were the first to see the brand’s new logo, marketing campaign and products.
APart took the opportunity to unveil its new Audio Control integrated matrix and control system during the event, as well as a 20th anniversary edition Vinci series of loudspeakers and high-end amplifier for the residential custom installed sound market, and an ‘easy to use’ impedance metre.
‘With the new logo, a new era has started for APart,’ said Geert Polfliet, APart’s marketing manager. ‘It was clear that the logo needed an update as far as style was concerned, but it goes a lot further than that. To everyone at APart this means a new start: a new digital platform in the Audio Control unit, but also a new marketing strategy which you will notice in the next coming months,’ he enthused.
‘Over these last 20 years, Audioprof has evolved from being an installer, to an integrator and distributor, to a respected manufacturer in the fixed installed audio market of the APart-audio brand,’ he continued. ‘Our experience as an installer taught us what was missing when looking at the products available, so we thought about what could make the life of an installer easier without compromising on sound quality and reliability.’
‘As Geert said, the new logo definitely is a new start for us,’ added APart’s sales and marketing director Kris Vermuyten. ‘We are convinced that this new logo is more dynamic, and over the next months and years some new dynamics will be clearly visible throughout the entire company: from product development, to order processing, to the back office, right through to the sales and marketing department.’
When asked about what the next 20 years could hold for the brand, Mr Vermuyten said: ‘Let’s be humble and realistic, times are changing quickly and so do the markets and the technology. But if we are able to keep growing on a steady basis like we have been doing in the past, we will have done a fantastic job.’
‘The seminar was such a success, and the birthday party was a must!’ said Mr Polfliet. ‘It is only thanks to our distributors, partners and the trade press that we have been able to grow in to what we are today, and the party was a way for us to say thank you for all of their efforts.’
