Countryman launches new website

Published: MEA

WEB: Countryman Associates, Inc has launched a new website. Designed from the ground up with a focus on easy access, the new website has not only been designed to make product information more accessible, but is more visually dynamic than before.

Of particular note is the fact that the new website has been optimised for mobile devices. Regardless of whether one is seeking support information from their smartphone or tablet while ‘in the field’, or searching for new products from their office, the new site makes accessing information more intuitive.

Ease of navigation was a key requisite of the site’s re-design and visitors will also discover the new website offers more places to learn about configuration options, product advantages, and applications.

Upon clicking Products, one can quickly sort through Microphones, Direct Boxes, Accessories, or peruse All Products. If one selects Microphones, for example, they can readily view headset, earset, lavalier, podium, and other microphone types.

The new website also makes extensive use of video and images, with numerous products offering clips on how to achieve optimum performance. Meanwhile, both prospective and existing customers can easily sign up for the company’s newsletter via the signup field located at the bottom of every page.

‘The ability of both new and existing customers to access information quickly and easily is crucial to any business and even more so for manufacturers of technology-driven products,’ said Chris Countryman, president of Countryman Associates.

‘This was the dominant goal throughout the re-design of our website,’ he added. ‘On that note, we’ve made every effort to make our site a platform for the future. It was designed with a new framework that enables people to access information from anywhere with greater ease while enabling us to be more responsive to customer inquiries. We always welcome feedback from our customers and look forward to hearing how we can be of greater service.’
