Crystal Lee and Dennis Lau join Shure artist family
MALAYSIA: Crystal Lee and Dennis Lau have joined the family of Shure artists, and will be supported in Malaysia by local distributor Systems Electronics & Engineering Sdn Bhd.
‘I am excited about this great support from Shure and Systems Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd because this gives me the opportunity to use the best gear in all my upcoming performances and recordings,’ enthused 10-year-old singer Ms Lee.
‘We are extremely excited about having our brand new recording studio fitted out with Shure gear,’ added Mr Lau, Ms Lee’s mentor. He is also a musician in his own right, having started violin training at the age of eight. He now performs his electric violin extensively and recently performed in the presence of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
‘There is no doubt that the sound clarity and quality of all our upcoming recordings will be of superior quality given that Shure is in a league of its own when it comes to professional sound,’ he added.
‘We are honoured to support these talented young artists and are proud to contribute to the music industry in Malaysia,’ commented Systems Electronics & Engineering Sdn’s deputy managing director Gary Goh, who recently presented both artists with a Shure KSM353/ED bidirectional ribbon microphone.
Additionally, Systems Electronics & Engineering Sdn Bhd also introduced Shure’s BLX and GLX-D digital wireless systems. ‘The systems are both now available in Malaysia and we are indeed excited to reach out to the market through our master dealer Concept Associates,’ said Mr Goh.
