INDIA: Sonotone Electronics has announced the purchase of Mackie SRM450v3 loudspeakers by the Nurmahal Ashram chapter of the Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan. The speakers will be used to help reinforce the teachings of the various disciples of founder and head, His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji. The non-profit organisation boasts a claimed 30 million followers, with 350 branches spread across 15 countries, and regularly conducts initiatives for hundreds and sometimes thousands of followers. The new speakers have been selected to in an effort to deliver an enhanced audio experience to devotees who attend their various and workshops across the northern region of the country. Delhi-based Decibel Pro Systems facilitated the sale.
'The Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan undertakes a number of socio-spiritual disquisitions and workshops across the region, ranging from the extremities of Punjab, up to the northern extents of Jammu-Kashmir,' explained Swami Sarvanand, the technical authority at the Nurmahal Ashram chapter. We realised that it was important for us to travel with our own audio reinforcement in order to ensure that there's no compromise with the quality of these sessions. We needed a loudspeaker system that was not only compact and easy to move around logistically, but something that would also deliver the kind of immersive and impactful audio quality that sessions of these kinds deserve.
'A brief analysis of the choices available in the market revealed that the Mackie SRM450v3 was by far the best option taking into account all the factors that we were looking for,' he continued. 'Since Mackie is represented by a reputed name like Sonotone, we were confident that they'll maintain the high standards of service and support that Mackie is known for world-wide. We've used the system on quite a number of occasions and we must say that it hasn't disappointed yet ? the performance and audio quality is absolutely spot on ? crisp, clear and impactful ? and its portability is a great asset.'
