Mark Flanagan appointed marketing manager for TC Group brands
WORLD: Mark Flanagan has been appointed to the position of marketing manager for the TC Group’s install, touring and residential brands for Tannoy, White Acoustics, Lab.gruppen and Lake.
The new role sees Mr Flanagan report to VP of marketing, Tim Chapman, and the TC Group describes the internal appointment as ‘a logical one’. Prior to being named marketing manager, Mr Flanagan worked within the Scotland-based marketing team specifically in a communications capacity for four years, initially for Tannoy and more recently with a cross-brand remit for Lab.gruppen and Lake. Prior to this, he spent seven years in marketing management roles in the MI sector.
‘Having created a multi-disciplinary marketing team serving the broad needs of our brands, it’s become increasingly logical to consolidate the project management of these resources,’ commented Mr Chapman. ‘The creation of the marketing manager role goes a long way to ensuring that we maintain consistent direction across the brands and markets, and fulfilling that role will be a natural progression for Mark, allowing him to bring his experience to bear on a wider scope.’
