New Revolabs office to support Asia Pacific and EMEA customers
ASIA: Revolabs Inc has opened a new sales and support office in Kent, UK to accommodate the needs of its growing number of Asia Pacific and EMEA customers.
‘In the last few years, Revolabs’ client base has grown dramatically, with more and more multinational organisations investing in our technology for their high-profile meeting environments,’ said Marc Cremer, COO at Revolabs. ‘The addition of a new office in Europe strengthens the company’s support infrastructure to meet the needs and expectations of our valued customers. When combined with our US office, we can now offer nearly round-the-clock support globally.’
The Tonbridge-based office will provide Revolabs’ EMEA channel of distributors and integrators with a local source for pre- and post-sale support activities. Revolabs aims to be able to service 80 per cent of its European client base in person due to its close proximity.
For Asia Pacific customers, Revolabs states that the availability of both European and US offices will provide more convenient access to its telephone support facilities. In addition, the brand’s Chinese website is now live to support its Chinese-speaking customers.
As well as providing sales and support staff, the new European site features a video conference demonstration link, allowing Revolabs’ partners and customers to experience the company’s products for themselves.
