New sales and marketing director for DK-Technologies
WORLD: DK-Technologies has announced that Jacob Hänel Christensen has joined the company as sales and marketing director. The appointment coincides with the manufacturer’s 25th birthday celebration, and is a part of its effort to strengthen its global sales and marketing effort.
In his new role, which is based at DK-Technologies’ head office in Denmark, Mr Christensen is responsible for promoting the company’s entire range of audio and video metering products including the DK Meter and PT0760M waveform monitor.
Mr Christensen has a degree in mechanical engineering from DTU and an E-MBA from CBS, and joins DK-Technologies from an 11-year stint at dnp denmark. During his time there, he held positions within sales and product marketing departments, ultimately achieving the post of head of business development with responsibility for the dnpSolar business unit.
‘We are delighted to have Jacob on board and feel confident that his background in sales, marketing and business development will help DK-Technologies capitalise on the success of products like the DK Meter range by developing opportunities in existing markets and expanding our reach into new territories around the world,’ said Karsten Hansen, CEO of DK-technologies.
‘I am very excited about joining DK-Technologies and look forward to helping the company promote its world class products and expand its sales network on a global scale,’ said Mr Christensen. ‘The timing of my appointment is perfect as the new DK Meters are making a big impact on the market. I will be working extensively with DK’s sales channels to ensure maximum exposure for these loudness metres, along with all of the other products in DK’s portfolio.’
