Pa Group becomes PAX ProAV Group with addition of Xavtel

Published: ASIA

WORLD: The PA Group, owner of Penton and Ateis, has recently announced that Xavtel has become the latest company to join the group, which will henceforth be known as the PAX ProAV Group.

Xavtel brings to market a wide range of digital audio conferencing and pro audio DSP processors, including full HD audio and video over AVB or Xavnet on a single platform.

‘Xavtel uses the same resources of R&D, manufacturing and worldwide distribution as the already established brands, Penton and Ateis,’ explained Romano M Cunsolo, Xavtel director of marketing and business development. ‘We see Xavtel as a new brand expansion. The new technology within these products cater to a different market segment in our industry. The group has strengthened its market presence to incorporate three different product groups or brands, which will again help to grow the business by expanding in new market segments.

‘We have created products that are one step ahead of the competition, which makes the integration of networked audio, video and control systems as easy as possible; from the concept to final project realisation,’ he continued. ‘From Xavtel you can expect innovative solutions, excellent audio and video quality with a focus on ease of integration and installation.’
