Prolyte conducts product manager and service point seminars
MALAYSIA: PAP (Prolyte Asia Pacific) and PDJ (Prolyte Doughty Japan) have hosted their eighth consecutive annual Product Manager and Service Point Update training session in Petaling Jaya in Malaysia. The two-day event was conducted under the Prolyte Campus name, the group’s knowledge and training platform, and was attended by nearly 40 participants from 11 countries.
Numerous attendees reportedly highlighted the value the sessions represent for them, including Manny Inumerable, president of Stage Riggers Inc, Philippines. ‘The two days of training are very informative. We have the unique opportunity to get first hand technical information from the Prolyte team and it's an added marketing tool for us to serve our clients better. The Prolyte team did a great job organising this yearly event.’
‘Although we were very busy during this period, right after the Koba Show, we are glad that we attended the training,’ added Hyung-Ryang Shin, MD of Tongsuh Technologies Co Ltd, Korea. ‘We really enjoyed it and we have learned new strategies and techniques on servicing the new Aetos hoist and had a helpful refreshment session for the truss and staging brands. The instructor, Jasper van der Sluis did a very good job, we will adapt his approach for our own training session for our dealers and staff back home in Hong Kong, China and Macau.’
