Russell Peirson-Hagger named TSL Systems general manager

WORLD: Broadcast systems integration specialist TSL Systems has appointed Russell Peirson-Hagger as its new general manager, reporting to managing director David Phillips. In his new role Mr Peirson-Hagger will be responsible for ‘establishing and fulfilling company-wide objectives with regards to resources and systems in order to drive growth through innovation and efficiency’.

Boasting more than 30 years of experience within the broadcast sector, Mr Peirson-Hagger previously led the global bid management and project management teams at Harris Broadcast. He has also previously held positions with Leitch, Panasonic Broadcast Europe, Tektronix/Grass Valley and Odetics Broadcast. He is described as having expertise in ‘providing direction and strategy and establishing the processes under which the departments he leads operate as a whole’.

‘Russell has already made a substantial contribution to TSL Systems' business in the short time he's been with us, both in the implementation of more dynamic systems and in the acquisition of new business,’ commented Mr Phillips. ‘With his vast experience in leading highly-effective engineering and sales teams to success, we've every confidence that Russell will continue to have a positive impact on our productivity and on our increasing market share.’
