The PA People Tradeline store opens online

AUSTRALIA: A new online store has been opened by Sydney-based The PA People. Reportedly filling a much need gap in the Australian market, the online Tradeline store will allow industry professionals to purchase equipment from the company 24 hours a day.

The company has been operating a physical Tradeline store at Rhodes for more than 30 years as a way of providing its customers with hands-on experience, technical assistance and product-neutral advice prior to purchasing. It is now the only full-service pro audio retail space in the country.

‘We’re about solutions, advice and product range - we’re here to help! You go online, find what you think you need and if you have any questions, you call us during business hours and we’ll help you find a solution,’ stated showroom manager, Nathan Barrios.

‘We pride ourselves on selling our customers the correct solution,’ furthered Karen Jones, head of the Sales Hire Service Division at The PA People. ‘It’s all very well selling a school hall a delicate $2,000 studio microphone, but we all know that’s going to get broken pretty quickly. Our staff are focused on providing the most “fit for purpose” solution, and we do so with access to brands from both major Australian suppliers and niche overseas manufacturers.’

The new site can be accessed by visiting tradeline.papeople.com.au.
