Waves Tracks delivers fast and reliable multitrack recording

Published:

A new multitrack recording software has been debuted by Waves Audio, providing users with the ability to simultaneously perform multitrack and master bus recording to create quick stereo mixes with ‘absolute reliability’. Waves Tracks is ASIO and Core audio compatible, allowing it to work with ‘nearly any audio interface’.

The software features multichannel and stereo out automatic re-routing capabilities, making it easier for user to toggle between recording and virtual soundcheck playback and is capable of deploying up to 512 tracks for recording, with support for sample rates up to 192kHz. Additionally, the interface features a meter bridge view for monitoring and system lock controls to guard against accidental key presses.
