WORLD: Avid’s product design team will host a free webinar to preview the innovations in its Avid Everywhere platform. The webinar takes place at 2pm ET on Wednesday 21st May.

The manufacturer is hosting the webinar in order to explore how its Avid Everywhere concept will help audio professionals ‘create, manage and monetise audio in more powerful, efficient and collaborative ways’. Avid’s audio product design team will discuss new features and workflows coming to Pro Tools, built upon the Avid MediaCentral Platform.

According to the manufacturer, attendees will learn how Pro Tools will connect users to collaborate remotely and get paid for their work through new monetisation channels. They’ll also discover how the new platform will enable audio professionals to manage audio, track collaborative contributions using rich metadata tagging, as well as sell or license music and sound design content on the new audio marketplace.

The webinar will feature an interactive Q&A session with Avid’s audio product design team, including Rich Holmes, director of product design; Gil Gowing, senior product specialist; Tony Cariddi, director of pro audio segment marketing; and Tom Graham, senior marketing manager.
