A Robe LED lighting workshop at the theatre

SOUTH AFRICA: DWR Distribution is hosting a Robe LED Theatre Workshop in Johannesburg at the at UJ Arts Centre Theatre on 9th November. The workshop will be presented by internationally renowned lighting designer, Andy Webb, and is split into two sessions, the first from 9am - noon, the second from 2pm - 5pm.

Mr Webb will demonstrate how Robe’s LED range can be put to use on a theatre setting and will discuss the benefits, such as colour mixing, power consumption and fan noise. He will cover the entire range, beginning with the Parfect series and ending with the DL7s, and explore features and uses, including framing shutters, colour temperature and gobos that are useful for theatre. Attendees will learn how and what to use for lighting different points in a theatre.
