Amphion joins Sinamex roster in SEA

SOUTH EAST ASIA: Sinamex Electronics has been named as the new distributor in Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar for Finnish brand Amphion Loudspeakers. Headquartered in Singapore, the distributor’s portfolio includes both musical instruments and audio recording technology from brands such as Apogee, Rupert Neve Designs, Universal Audio, Antelope Audio, Lewitt, Focusrite, PreSonus, Audient and Eve Audio.

‘Listening to Amphion studio monitors is like getting a pair of glasses with the correct prescription, one starts noticing details that were a blur before,’ commented Sinamex managing director Simon Tan. ‘When talking about Amphion here at Sinamex we often say “It can’t get better than this”.’

The quality of customer service is the main consideration when selecting new regional distributors, explained Amphion’s Asia Pacific representative, Michael Di Stasio. ‘Even more so in Asia, where due to time, linguistic and cultural differences, it is even harder to communicate directly with the end customers. We have to dedicate this task to an entity we totally trust. We believe that Sinamex will meet our high expectations and that their passion for high-quality audio technology will make them a very successful Amphion distributor.’
