Clear-Com gets eclipse talking
UAE: eclipse staging services has recently added equipment from Clear-Com to its inventory. The rental house purchased the FreeSpeak II and HelixNet Partyline systems through the manufacturer’s local distributor, Nicolas Kyvernitis Electronics Enterprises (NMK).
The HelixNet purchase consists of two HMS-4X digital 4-channel headset/speaker main stations, 30 digital 2-channel dual listen monaural beltpacks together with four dual channel 4-wire interfaces. The rest of the purchase has seen eclipse purchase a pair of FreeSpeak II base stations and 30 FreeSpeak II digital wireless beltpacks. The new gear has already had its first outing with 24 wired HelixNet stations and 16 wireless FreeSpeak II stations covering coms for the production and technical teams at the recent Internet of Things World Forum in Dubai.
‘The system was very easy to set up and operate,’ said Wissam Shaheen, senior audio engineer at eclipse. ‘I would say it is rock solid. I will definitely be using it again whenever I get the chance. Clear-Com products are extremely reliable and sound amazing. Best I've ever used.’
