Core Brands appoints Timothy Madrid
WORLD: Timothy Madrid has been hired by Core Brands as manager, technical services, coming from a background comprising support experience in technical fields. In his new role, Mr Madrid will report to Joe Lautner, director of business development and customer experience at the Nortek company.
Prior to joining Core Brands, Mr Madrid most recently worked at Kaiser where he streamlined business and customer support processes. He has also served as senior manager of customer support at Wargaming America and at Mindjet as senior manager of customer support and service for the Americas and Asia Pacific. Within his role at Mindjet, Mr Madrid was responsible for building a customer service and technical support team from scratch.
‘We’re thrilled to have Tim taking the lead on our expert technical support team,’ Mr Lautner stated. ‘Tim’s particularly strong background in software support will allow him to bring a fresh outlook to the A/V industry and provide our valued customers with the best support possible.’
