Daniel Mills returns to Audient
WORLD: Having completed a degree in Music Technology at Birmingham City University, Daniel Mills has rejoined Audient as its technical support manager. Mr Mills previously worked for the manufacturer as a technical support agent.
In his new role, the recent graduate will spearhead the launch of a live chat feature currently being trialled on the Audient website. This aims to provide quick responses to queries from current and prospective users.
‘It’s great to be back,’ commented Mr Mills. ‘With a growing team, I'll be looking at ways we can make our support service even better. Over the last year I've been using my iD22, iD14 and ASP880 extensively to help record albums and EPs, including on-location classical recordings in a variety of venues. These all contributed towards my degree.’
