eclipse Group offers summer courses
UAE: eclipse Group has supplied comprehensive summer training and development courses for its employees, as the company aims to provide additional education opportunities to its staff. These include in-house training at its facility in Dubai, as well as outsourced technical courses, open sessions or demonstrations, refresher training programmes and online e-learning solutions which are organised and made available to staff.
The programme for the summer was designed through the annual performance review by eclipse Group, where individual personal development requirements were identified. The company’s technical experts and the individual’s line manager then designed a course to cater to the overall requirements of both the employee and the group.
The in-house courses included audio networking, audio consoles, in-depth Analog Way, Green Hippo and Watchout demonstrations, refresher IRATA Rope access courses and a series of Wholehog, Chamsys and GrandMA development courses.
Meanwhile, additional training was possible through the online solutions from Lynda. Each member of the eclipse Group team had access to over 7,000 online courses, comprised of modules in the latest software, creative and business skills through instructional videos.
