Incorporating four balanced inputs and four balanced outputs, the DN44BOB digital audio over IP Break-Out-Box is Ecler’s first Dante-compatible device. The interface can convert four analogue audio signals into four Dante channels transmitting them via an Ethernet LAN, as well as accepting four Dante channels and converting them to analogue audio signals. In addition, the DN44BOB includes four GPI control ports (0-10VDC) and four GPO control ports (NO/NC relays). The interface can network with other EclerNet Dante ready products, as a stand-alone Dante interface or in combination with any audio device.
In a further new release, the Duo-Net Player incorporates two independent media players featuring updated EclerNet compatibility with EclerNet Manager, UCP, WPmSCREEN and TP-NET. It includes two independent stereo media players, each one being able to play internet audio streams together with local or networked audio media. Features include SD and USB slots as well as an RJ-45 Ethernet interface. Fully programmable and controllable via EclerNet software, the Duo-Net Player comes with four GPI ports, an IR remote control and allows priority emergency media to be broadcast over programmed audio.
Ecler has also expanded various series with new models. Its inventory of Essentials products has been extended with a two-channel amplifier model within the eGPA series. The Class-D model weighs 6kg, is based upon a fan-less design and features an auto standby function. With a reported operating efficiency of 95 per cent, each channel is capable of producing 250W RMS output at 4-ohms. Bridge mode ready, the eGPA2-250 has been further enhanced with thermal and overload protections together with an anti-clipping system and Euroblock input and output connectors.
The Essentials amplifier catalogue is further extended with the eHSA series of high impedance models. The eHSA 4-150 and 2-150 multi-channel amplifiers are designed for high impedance 70/100V line operation offering similar high efficiency ratings and auto stand-by functions. The front panels come with volume controls, whilst the rear is equipped with two mono balanced Euroblock terminal inputs and output connectors.
The final amplifier addition to the Essentials range is an Energy Star-certified version of the HSA2-400. Named the HSA2-400ES, the model appears identical to original but boasts the certified mark resulting from its high energy efficiency.
Meanwhile, the SAM series of installation analogue mixers has been expanded with the 312, e603 and 612T. Staying in the Essentials range, the eSAM603 offers six channel inputs including four mic/line stereo inputs together with one stereo output (A/B) and one mono output (C). A three-band tone control section is included as is a talk-over (priority) function assignable to each input over the mix bus.
The 612T is a six-channel mixer where each input comes with three-band tone control together with two main outputs. For priority paging, input one includes a talk over function over the mix bus and additional front panel jack connector. Micro sensitivity level can be adjusted on the back panel, whilst +18V phantom power is available for all the mic inputs.
Formatted to fit in a standard rack, the SAM312 offers three mic and stereo line inputs, two stereo outputs, three-band tone control and an external mute connection port. An input signal push button selector (mic/line) has been added onto the back panel, whilst a dedicated ‘low line’ input has been added. The mic inputs feature independent internal assignable phantom power and a direct mix input enables the connection of other mixers. Other features include three LED output level meters, two additional stereo recording outputs and full remote mute control.
