Madison Technologies adopts new partners in Australia
AUSTRALIA: Exhibiting at Integrate 2016, Madison Technologies showcased several brands on their booth that revealed no fewer than five new distribution agreements that have recently been made. ‘We've been expanding our product portfolio and building on our strength and reputation as a specialist in A/V infrastructure,’ commented Madison Technologies’ Broadcast and Audio Visual GM Ken Kyle.
Produced by Display Notes, Montage wireless presentation systems allow multiple attendees to connect to a main meeting room display over Wi-Fi. ‘I met Madison Technologies at the 2015 exhibition in Melbourne and knew they were the right company to represent our products,’ commented export manager Andy Pentman. Mr Pentman flew in from the UK to assist his new distributor at Integrate 2016. ‘Following further discussions, we both realised their search for a connectivity technology solution within their portfolio was over.’
Humantechnik’s AUDIOropa range of professional assistive living technologies are now included in the expanding Madison Technologies’ portfolio. 'We’re thrilled to partner with Humantechnik, whose long history in the assistive listening space stands it in great stead,’ explained Mr Kyle. Humantechnik CEO Gerhard Sicklinger was impressed with Madison's friendly approach, professional handling, solid portfolio and credentials. ‘The concept of disability access in public and commercial spaces is essential for people with impaired hearing and there is still much necessary work to be done in this field,’ added Mr Sicklinger.
Madison Technologies has taken on distribution for the Cambridge Sound Management range of sound masking systems that protect speech privacy whilst reducing noise distractions. ‘The offering of Cambridge Sound Management complements our corporate and commercial audio visual solutions,’ added Mr Kyle. ‘This agreement means that Madison can now offer an even wider range of solutions to corporate, commercial and professional industries. We can now offer our SI, consultant and IT customers the most efficient and easy to use sound masking technology on the market.’
Recently formed subsidiary Aten ANZ, which is the Australian and New Zealand office representing the Taiwanese connectivity manufacturer, has named Madison Technologies as one of their authorised distributors. ‘Madison Technologies will focus on delivering Aten’s Professional A/V solutions in the broadcasting, telecommunications, retail, security and education vertical markets,’ announced Aten ANZ product manager Raymond Lam. ‘Partnering with Madison enables Aten to seamlessly connect with our target customers and provide them with a complete A/V solution.’
Celebrating their 25th anniversary, Australian owned Madison Technologies has established a local office with resources to support customers and products locally in this market. As a value-added distributor, Madison’s engineers have also undergone Aten’s technical training. ‘We’re excited to have the Aten brand on board with Madison Technologies,’ furthered Mr. Kyle. ‘With its complete line of professional A/V products and solutions, we’re confident that Aten will quickly become a key supplier, partnering with us to deliver the latest and smartest A/V and KVM technology to our broadcast and integration customers.'
Most recently, Madison Technologies has formed a pact with Belden-owned brand, Grass Valley to distribute its broadcast workflow and production solutions. ‘We're Australia's largest distributor for Belden A/V cabling and connectivity, so the reputation we've gleaned over the years in the pro A/V industry can only be enhanced with the Grass Valley offering,’ Mr Kyle summarised. ‘Grass Valley empowers customers to create, control and connect content – wherever, however and whenever it is consumed.’
