Ruisheng enters the Teahouse

Published: ASIA

CHINA: Ruisheng Audio and Light Equipment provided a variety of sound solutions to reinforce Nanjing Drama Troupe’s recent production of Fengyu Qinhuai at the Cultural Art Center in Jianhu County. The play made use of systems from TW Audio, Powersoft, AKG and Midas and is based on the book, Teahouse, written by Lao She that tells the story of a restaurant and the people who visit between 1927 and 1949.

Ruisheng deployed eight TW Audio Vera10 loudspeakers for the main PA setup with four S30 subwoofers. Monitoring was courtesy of four M12s and the entire system was powered by four Powersoft K3DSP amplifiers. Control was via a Midas M32 and at the start of the signal chain, capturing dialogue, was an AKG wireless microphone system.
