The LSP 500 Pro stands trial
INDIA: The newly opened National Law University, Odisha (NLUO) required an A/V solution for its amphitheatre, moot court and conference room. Architect firm Rath Architectonic engaged with Bisht Price to design the solution, which recommended the installation of Sennheiser’s LSP 500 Pro as a wireless PA system to connect the classrooms throughout the campus.
‘Without the need of any power or audio cables, the LSP 500 Pro allows you to install up to three receivers for wireless microphones,’ explained Vipin Pungalia director, professional segment at Sennheiser Electronics India Pvt Ltd. ‘So while we provided the solution for the amphitheatre, moot court and conference room, we suggested the LSP 500 Pro as a wireless PA system for the classrooms and general use.’
A total of eight LSP 500 Pro wireless two-way audio systems were installed throughout the facility. In the amphitheatre, microphones from Sennheiser’s G3 series, including the EW 135, were deployed, while the conference room received a Televic D-Cerno conference system comprising the CU-R central unit and D-Cerno CL and DL mics. Apart Audio CM20T and Mask4T loudspeakers powered by the Revamp4120T were fitted in the moot court.
Time Infosystems (P) Ltd served as the systems integrator for the project. ‘They have been instrumental in helping us with the implementation and support,’ noted Mr Pungalia. ‘Time Infosystems has been associated with us in Odisha as they have local presence.’
The system has already been put to the test and the client is reportedly happy. ‘The first convocation has concluded and it is working perfectly,’ reflected Mr Pungalia.
