Zylight goes white for houses of worship

Published:

LED lighting solution manufacturer Zylight has unveiled new versions of its F8-100 LED Fresnel and IS3c LED panel light designed specifically for houses of worship. The new models are white fixture versions, which the manufacturer states ‘are popular in worship and professional environments because they blend in better than black fixtures’.

With a growing number of HOWs reportedly adopting LED lighting due to the cost-saving implications, green credentials and reduced maintenance, the F8-100 is a 90W fixture that is said to produce the light output of a standard 1,000W Fresnel with an adjustable beam spread of between 16-degrees and 70-degrees. The Fresnel beam effect is accomplished by the fixture’s glass lens while spot and flood operations are provided by way of a focusing system.

The IS3c LED panel light meanwhile, is a fully dimmable, wide and high-output soft light. It has built-in controls that adjust colour temperature and colour correction. Both the IS3c and F8-100 feature wireless control via DMX and ZyLink.

Taking ZyLink to the next level, ZyLink Bridge is a wireless fob that provides a communication link – or a bridge, if you will – between the ZyLink iOS app and the ZyLink wireless control included in the majority of Zylight fixtures without the need for a wireless network.
