Swedish House Mafia uses Clair Brothers for One Last Tour

INDONESIA: A Clair Brothers i218-M line array and iS218-i subwoofer extension sound reinforcement system was recently put to use for the Swedish House Mafia’s One Last Tour at the Eco Park Ancol Jakarta.

The team overcame torrential rain and lightening during the system set up and tuning process. FOH engineer Wayne Sargeant – known as Rabbit – used an Avid Venue Profile System for the concert, using its AES digital inputs and outputs to run the mixer inputs and a Waves MaxxBCL processing unit.

‘The desk and outputs were used as the Avid Profile can easily accept digital AES input and outputs – which is what I need to get a pure digital signal path with no D/A or A/D conversion,’ explained Mr Sargeant.

‘I was very impressed and surprised with the Clair Brothers system performance, it provides loads of headroom,’ he added.
