Amate hosts a tea party

KOREA: A number of Amate Audio solutions were implemented at the recent Hadong Wild Tea Cultural Festival. Hadong is believed to be the first tea plantation in South Korea and still utilises traditional production methods to this day. It stages the festival, now in its 21st year, annually, offering visitors a variety of events and hands-on experiences, such as tea field tours and live entertainment on the main stage.

The PA setup on the main stage reinforced traditional music and dance performances and comprised eight per side X210 line arrays flown above ground-stacked X215W subwoofers. On stage, X14T and JK12MA cabinets were employed as monitors. A pair of JK26As provided side-fill and X15CE enclosures ensured long throw coverage. A JK318A system handled LF extension. A Soundcraft Vi3000 console was employed at FOH.
