5 Star Cases opens Chinese manufacturing facility

CHINA: Manufacturing has started at 5 Star Cases’ new factory in Fenggang Town, Dongguan City in China’s Guandong Province. The facility will primarily serve the British flight case manufacturer’s product demand in China and the wider Asian market.
The 1,000 sq-m factory will be run by James Zhang, who has served as a local partner to 5 Star’s business partner. He will initially lead a team of 15 staff.
‘We are hoping to repeat the success of the UK operation on all levels,’ said 5 Star’s managing director, Keith Sykes. ‘This is a very exciting phase in 5 Star’s development and will be a great enhancement to our brand worldwide.’
