APMG expands portfolio

SINGAPORE: Formed in 2008, Asia Pacific Media Group (APMG) has now expanded its portfolio with the addition of three new clients, signalling the importance of the Asia Pacific region to manufacturers.

US-based KK Labs and Summit Audio together with the Chinese-based CME have appointed APMG to manage their sales and marketing efforts in the Asian Pacific region. In order to accommodate these extra clients, Laz Harris has joined the APMG team as director.

‘APMG is building a portfolio of quality clients and with the addition of KK Labs, Summit and CME, the amount of sales management and technical support has to be stepped up,’ confirmed Mr Harris. ‘I’m delighted to be a part of this small focused team and to work with stand-out products such as CharterOak Acoustic Devices, Smart AV Tango and the more recent additions.’

Original founding director Mr Ken Tovich added: ‘We are growing because while manufacturers want to get into Asia Pacific, it is not always easy or cost effective to set up a sales office. We’re providing a good platform for manufacturers to really drive sales in the region and distributors feel better supported knowing they have sales, marketing and now technical support in their time zone. Economists perceive that Asian economies are driving global growth, and forecasts by the International Monetary Fund predict a 7.1 per cent growth for Asia.’
