Audio Design purchases first dLive mixer in India

INDIA: The first dLive mixing system in India has been purchased by Delhi-based Audio Design. The sale was agreed following successful seminars conducted by Sun Infonet at three locations across India – Delhi, Ahmedabad and Mumbai. Presented by the Sun Infonet technical team alongside Allen & Heath live and touring expert, Leon Philips, the workshops were intended to educate sound professionals on the features of the new dLive mixing console, in addition to exploring the GLD and QU ranges.

‘I am very pleased to add a quality 64-channel digital mixer at an unbeatable price to my inventory,’ enthused Audio Design owner, Naveet Wadhwa. ‘This kind of seminar is very useful to keep sound professionals up to date and provide in depth knowledge about new technology and features.’

‘The market in India is primed for the acceptance of digital mixing solutions. Allen & Heath is an established and trusted brand, and customers are already enjoying its existing digital series,’ offered Mr Phillips. ‘The introduction of dLive completes the portfolio, and will now encourage engineers to experience the full range of processing and interface options from the compact Qu to the large scale 96k HD audio dLive.’

Following the presentations, guests were given a hands-on opportunity to explore the features and operating functionality of all of the mixers. ‘Whenever we have conducted workshops or seminars we meet a lot of curious and enthusiastic visitors, which encourages us to conduct more seminars for our clients and users,’ concluded Neeraj Chandra, director at Sun Infonet.
