AudioFocus announces new partnership for India

INDIA: Belgium loudspeaker manufacturer AudioFocus has recently announced Namdhari Impex as its newest partner in India. The two companies first met and talks commenced at the PL&S show in Guangzhou earlier this year.

Co-owned by brothers Gurmukh and Gurprit Singh, the Hyderabad-based company also includes Audio-Technica and QSC products in its portfolio and the brothers are confident with their plans to introduce the brand into the market, commenting: ‘The quality of the product line was the first thing that attracted us along with the great technology and a proper response team. Whatever technical education or sales service you need, we can deliver and we will be launching a service centre shortly to assist the customer base.’

‘After just a few weeks of very productive talks regarding our business plan for the Indian market, we agreed to start our collaboration,’ added AudioFocus sales director Alexandre Kostenko. ‘Namdhari Impex is a professional team and a well-known company with a strong experience in the sound industry. We have similar points of view and we are sure that together we are going to provide the Indian market with a new alternative.’

Namdhari Impex has reported strong curiosity for the brand in the Indian market. ‘AudioFocus has a real confidence to compete with one of the best brands in the world but at a price point that is very attractive here in India,’ the brothers added. ‘We’ve already got some projects lined up.’

Sound demonstrations of the Ares line array and MTsubs218 MKII are scheduled to take place in July to further introduce the brand to the Indian market.
