Biamp promotes Kiley Henner to director of customer experience

WORLD: Biamp Systems has announced the promotion of long-term staff member Kiley Henner to director of customer services, a position that will see him assume responsibility for the company’s applications engineering, training/education and customer service departments.

Mr Henner first joined Biamp in 2001 and was most recently the manufacturer’s education and applications engineering manager. Following his promotion he commented, ‘I truly enjoy connecting with our customers and ensuring that they get the most out of our products. I’m proud to have been a Biamp employee for more than 10 years, and I look forward to making the best customer experience in the industry even better.’
