Bose brings partners up to speed on software

SINGAPORE: Bose recently staged a training programme for its new Singaporean and Malaysian project partners at Parkroyal on Beach Road. The three-day course covered Bose Modeler 6.9 and ControlSpace Designer software and was led by the manufacturer’s regional sales engineer, Scott Angove. The aim was to impart the partners with the ability to design systems for venues from an electro-acoustical standpoint to its DSP management using the software suites.

‘This is part of the Bose partners enablement programme,’ explained Yusof Ahmad, Bose sales manager for South East Asia. ‘Before the training, most of the attendees didn’t know that the Modeler software possessed that level of electroacoustic prediction capacity. At the end of the third day, most attendees were delighted to learn that they have a complete set of tools under one brand to carry out a project from the initiation stage right up to the completion.’

In total, 22 invited attendees took part in the course and all of them received a certificate of completion.
