BXB installed at New Delhi's ILBS

INDIA: A BXB FCS-3000 series conference system has been installed by Ceeco Technologies at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) in New Delhi. Enabling the newly built ILBS auditorium to serve as a multifunctional venue for conferences, lectures and seminars, the complete installation included a total of 73 FCS-3000 flush-mount microphones.

ILBS was created by the Indian Government as a dedicated international centre of excellence for the diagnosis and management of liver and biliary diseases, as well as advanced training and research in hepato-biliary sciences. It is also expected to serve as a flagship model of healthcare in the country by combining the specialist skills and structure of universities, clinicians and researchers with corporate managerial skills.

The 73 flush-mount gooseneck microphones installed by Ceeco have been integrated into the armrest’s of the auditorium’s seating and can be shared by pairs of guests located in the front rows. Also integrated into the system is a Barco ClickShare wireless presentation system and projector, Crestron control system and quad view switcher, Delta video wall, Live Size video conferencing solution, Mackie mixing console and VAL audio system.

The ILBS project was led by Ceeco’s VP-projects, Inderjit Singh, and executed by technical manager, Bhuvnesh Kumar Upadhyay. According to Mr Upadhyay, installation of the system was straightforward thanks to the unit’s dual RJ45 ports that allow for connection in either a daisy chain, T-shape or star configuration.

Ceeco has also installed BXB FCS series systems into several venues recently, including the Defence Research and Development Organization, Apparel Export Promotion Council, Food Corporation of India and Border Security Force.
