Christie beams Sunshine

JAPAN: Sasaki Kogyo has chosen to install a Christie CP42LH RGB laser projection system at its Cinema Sunshine Aira Theatre in Tokyo. The system will be installed and monitored by Xebex Inc in Auditorium 5, which features the largest screen at the flagship multiplex.

‘The Christie system will illuminate a 16 x 7m screen with 30,000 lumens,’ noted Susie Beiersdorf from Christie.

‘We chose the Christie system as it delivers the brightest images, the truest colours and a superior 3D movie experience,’ stated Takehiko Sasaki, executive vice president of Sasaki Kogyo. ‘Sasaki Kogyo is committed to always installing the latest, most innovative technologies.’
