DAS and Fluge establish AV Ganguan

CHINA: Spanish loudspeaker manufacturer DAS Audio and Spanish A/V/L design and engineering, technical production and venue management company, Fluge, have partnered to create a new multi-brand A/V distribution company based in Shanghai. Following its establishment, AV Ganguan has been appointed as the exclusive Chinese distributor of DAS Audio products. The company states that by ‘working hand-in-hand with local partners and customers in China, sharing their knowledge and best practices, it will provide unrivalled service and create solutions that go far beyond the senses’.
The distributor is backed by an international team of professionals from Europe and China led by general manager Carlos Martin, who brings to the position experience in financial and management roles in China. Acting as vice-general manager and sales director is Yu Haitao, who possesses more than 20 years of sales and distribution experience in China representing international A/V brands. AV Ganguan’s technical director, German Rodriguez, was previously the technical director at Fluge and will be in charge of all technical and training related issues.
Additionally, Andy Chung joins the team as systems engineer. A graduate in live sound engineering and production, he has extensive experience as a FOH engineer and systems engineer, working throughout the Asia Pacific region. Lastly, Roger Han, has been appointed as customer service officer, where he will be in charge of all customer related issues.
