Donview makes record Christie purchase

CHINA: Christie has announced record sales of its CP2208 digital cinema projector in China. The company has sold over 500 units to its partner, Beijing Donview Technology Development Co Ltd (Donview), since the projector began shipping in October 2015. The sale reportedly makes the product the bestselling cinema projector of its class in China.
‘We are absolutely delighted that the CP2208 has achieved overwhelming sales since it was unveiled during BIRTV in August,’ said Jason Pei, sales director, Christie China. ‘This shows that our latest cinema projector has inspired strong confidence due to its impeccable quality, features and performance.’
