Eric Ong appointed EampE sales and product manager

SINGAPORE: Singaporean and Malaysian distributor Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd (E&E) has appointed Eric Ong as its new sales and product manager.
Having served five years of employment at Sennheiser Asia in Singapore initially as a service technician before going on to become assistant sales manager, Mr Ong is now responsible for all of Shure’s product range at E&E.
‘I am looking forward to the challenge of working here at E&E as they are the longest established and most revered distributor in the region,’ enthused Mr Ong. ‘I used to be a DJ and a sound engineer, and so I can relate to the wired and wireless needs of end users. Product demonstrations and roadshows will play a large part in my day to day duties, as will working closely with systems integrators and rental production companies. There’s no shortage of existing Shure customers in the region, and it will be my task to keep them happy whilst seeking new customers.’
