Fulcrum reinforces video displays at HK’s Times Square

HONG KONG: Situated in the heart of Hong Kong’s Causeway Bay district, Times Square is a major shopping centre and office tower complex renowned for its compact, vertical design – with retail space, food stores, restaurants and cinemas spread across nine storeys. Named after New York’s famous Times Square, the plaza has been outfitted with large video displays, which have now been augmented with Fulcrum Acoustic loudspeakers.
Installed by Sony Corporation of Hong Kong, a pair of Fulcrum AH463 full-range coaxial horn systems covers one screen, while two DX1295 dual 12-inch coaxial systems cover the second, larger display. Symetrix DSP provides processing power, while Lab.gruppen amplifiers drive the system.
