GLD supports Broadway production at Yonsei University

KOREA: Rental company, Communicator Madang, has selected an Allen & Heath GLD mixing system as the FOH console supporting a recent musical production taking place at the Yonsei University in Seoul.
‘This type of musical performance requires many scene changes, so I needed a digital mixer that was capable of managing multiple scenes, available with immediate recall,’ explained Communicator Madang sound engineer, Wonman Lee. ‘I have been using GLD for more than two years and it never fails, even when I use it at maximum capacity. Also, the system has wonderful remote control options, such as the iPad app and GLD Editor, which really help during shows.’
The GLD system comprising a GLD-80 digital mixer with AR2412 and two AR0804 audio racks was used to support a production of the Broadway musical Urinetown, which was performed by the college's student musical team in the University’s 100th anniversary concert hall.
