Grieg Star sets itself Apart in new office

PHILIPPINES: The newly opened Philippines base of Nordic shipping giant Grieg Star has been equipped with not one but two sound systems that can be integrated to work in tandem. The office – based in Pasay City following a move from a previous facility in Makati – has been installed with systems from Dutch manufacturer Apart Audio, supplied by local distributor Iontech.
Grieg Philippines now boasts a versatile dual meeting room set-up where the two spaces can be combined into one large function room. Similarly, the installed audio systems can be combined to serve the larger area, while the background music system can integrate with the building’s IP phone queuing system.
Achieving that result is an elegant system which comprises dual PM7400MKII preamplifiers controlling the two individual meeting spaces whilst four MASK4T-BL 4.25-inch, two-way enclosures deliver coverage across both spaces. Additionally, the lobby-based BGM system is delivered via two 6.5-inch MASK6T-BL speakers, with an M125 mixer amplifier. Power is delivered via Apart’s Champ-2 amplifiers.
