Harman partners with Cinemaxx

INDONESIA: Harman Professional has announced a partnership with Indonesian cinema exhibitor Cinemaxx to equip more than 300 of its screens with JBL Professional loudspeakers and Crown amplifiers over the next 12 months. In the future, Cinemaxx may expand the partnership to outfit all 1,000 of its screens throughout the country.

Cinemaxx is a new cinema exhibitor and plans to open theatres in 150 locations across 77 cities. Of the 300 screens being installed with JBL ScreenArray speakers, and Crown DCi amplifiers, up to 100 of its screens are also due to feature Dolby Atmos cinema audio technology.
