iZotope announces three senior appointments

WORLD: Three new senior company appointments have been announced by iZotope to enable it to advance its education and customer care initiatives. Claire Harding Hollenbeck joins the company as vice president of education, Jonathan Wyner as education director and Andrew Jobson as customer care director.
Ms Hollenback will lead iZotope’s education programme with the aim of helping users to get the most out of the company’s products in addition to creating learning opportunities that extend beyond their use. She moves to iZotope from the education company Pearson, where she held the position of vice president of professional development.
As education director and chief engineer at the company’s new recording and production studio, Mr Wyner will be also be helping to develop a clear vision for iZotope’s education programmes. As chief mastering engineer and founder of M Works Mastering Studios, he brings more than 30 years’ experience in the music industry to the position. He is also an author and associate professor at Berklee College of Music.
Finally, Mr Jobson as customer care director will lead the company’s team of front-facing customer loyalty ambassadors, providing service and support to all users and driving customer feedback back into iZotope’s product development process. He joins with 20 years of customer service experience in the technology sector, included holding the position of lead manager for global operations at Paypal, providing industry coaching to more than 200 employees.
