Jaime Albors appointed senior director of global sales operations for Harman Professional

WORLD: Harman Professional has appointed Jaime Albors to the position of senior director of global sales operations. Reporting directly to Scott Robbins, Harman Professional executive vice president of worldwide sales, Mr Albors is tasked with immediate oversight of all Harman global sales office operational activities.
Mr Albors previously held the position of senior director, sales, intercontinental region, where he headed operations from the company’s Puerto Rico sales office, and has also worked with Crown Audio in Indiana. Mr Albors holds a BA in management from Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa.
‘Jaime has consistently been among our top sales performers for many years,’ said Mr Robbins. ‘He has a deep technical understanding of our products and understands the importance our customers place on digital technology and system integration, and the increasingly mass deployment of affordable, reliable networking.
‘He has long recognised this fact and, for me, he is the model sales leader with a unique capacity to listen to the needs of his partners and customers while providing them with the systems and tools they need to be successful,’ he continued. ‘I am very pleased that Jaime has accepted this expanded role and I look forward to him applying his experience on a global level.’
