John Bell now Riedel Australia GM

AUSTRALIA: John Bell has been named as general manager of Riedel Communications Australia. A media and entertainment industry veteran of 20 years, Mr Bell has served in a non-executive director role in the German manufacturer’s Australian division since 2015.
In his new role, Mr Bell will utilise his prior management experience gained at large organisations to build on Riedel Australia's market share and brand awareness. His previous roles include stints as CFO and director at Lake Technology and as CEO at Zen Media Pty Ltd. Mr Bell is also an associate member of the Audio Engineering Society and is an adjunct lecturer at the Australian Institute of Music.
‘John has held senior management roles in Europe, North and South America, Africa and Asia, and his experience covers more than 30 different industries with a strong focus on engineering and IP-based businesses,’ said Cameron O'Neill, director of Asia Pacific at Riedel Communications. ‘His extensive network of high-level connections in the Australian business landscape, coupled with his expertise in business improvement, will help us strengthen Riedel Australia's market leadership.’
