INDIA: New Delhi’s Tamasha Bar comprises five seating areas across 16,000 sq-m, including a rooftop terrace that overlooks the Connaught Place district and was named ‘Restaurant of the Year 2016’ by Delhi Elite Magazine. While patrons enjoy a drink and a meal, they are also able to listen to music, courtesy of the bar’s recently installed Amate Audio Joker Series sound system, supplied by the manufacturer’s Indian distributor, White Eagle Entertainment.
The venue’s ground floor has been equipped with two JK10 and four JK12 point source systems, while on the first floor are four JK26 speakers, all of which deliver BGM while also catering for live shows. Handling the lows are a JK218W4 on the ground floor and two JK12W subwoofers on the first floor. Meanwhile, two JK10 and six JK26 units cover the outside areas, including the courtyard and backyard as well as the rooftop terrace. The entire system is powered by two HD4000 and seven HD2000 amplifiers from the manufacturer’s HD Series, with an SM4000 amplifier also deployed, and controlled via a pair of DSP608 processors.
