Kimleng Audio hosts Metric Halo mix competition

THAILAND: Metric Halo’s Thai distributor, Kimleng Audio, is currently running KimMix 2015 – a sound engineer mixing competition using the manufacturer’s products. Following a brief seminar about the Metric Halo product line, contestants are provided with a song to mix using a Metric Halo interface, Metric Halo plugins, Focal studio monitors and headphones and the DAW of their choice. The deadline for the competition is March 8th.
The competition is open to students and freelance sound engineers based in Thailand with prizes awarded for first, second and third place winners. Students can win a Metric Halo 2882 2D Expanded interface or Metric Halo ULN-2 2D Expanded interface, as well as Metric Halo plugins and Focal loudspeakers and headphones. Professionals can win a Metric Halo LIO-8 interface or a Metric Halo ULN-2 2D Expanded interface as well as Metric Halo plugins and Focal loudspeakers and headphones. The training and mixing takes place at Kimleng’s demo studio in Bangplee, Thailand.
