Mackie appoints Sri Lanka’s Multi Audio Visual at gala event

SRI LANKA: Multi Audio Visual has been appointed as the exclusive Mackie distributor in Sri Lanka. The new partners recently marked the deal with a gala event at Colombo’s Taj Samudra hotel, attended by more than 400 industry guests, during which Rohan Smith, Loud Technologies sales director for Asia Pacific, presented the official appointment to Multi Audio Visual MD Tilak Arunasiri.
Founded in 1968, Multi Audio Visual boasts more than 45 retail agents and 10 distributors across Sri Lanka, having become one of the country’s leading suppliers of audio, DJ and lighting equipment. The celebratory gala event also included a comprehensive display of Mackie products plus to two live mixing stations featuring Onyx analogue and DLM digital consoles, HDA and HD Series loudspeakers, and SRM Series powered monitors.
