SINGAPORE: The Manulife Centre Singapore has recently been equipped with a range of microphones from Audio-Technica.
Reportedly chosen due to a combination of ‘superb audio quality’ and a ‘sleek design’, a total of four Pro41 handheld mics with 4.5m cables together with four MS-209BK boom stands, two ES915SC18 18-inch gooseneck mics were installed into the centre’s 11th floor meeting rooms.
A series of wireless microphones were also placed in the training room on the 5th level of facility, comprising four ATW-3141bs, three ATW2120as, three ATW310bs with three ATW-T210b wireless belt packs and an ATW-DA49 UHF antenna distribution system. Lastly, a total of 11 ES947 cardioid condenser boundary microphones were installed into the centre’s 9th floor board room.
‘There has been a significant audio improvement, especially in the boardroom,’ commented Mr Lok, manager of facilities management. ‘There is increased audio clarity and no RF interference.’
‘Audio-Technica is a reliable and recognised brand that offers a good price-to-performance ratio,’ added Brigitte Yeo, account manager. ‘The full range has allowed Nete2 to plan projects more effectively.’
