Namdhari Impex takes on Powersoft for East India

INDIA: Namdhari Impex has been appointed as the Powersoft distributor for East India. A branch of rental company, Namdhari Audio Visual, the Hyderabad-based distributor is co-owned by brothers Gurmukh and Gurprit Singh and is the official partner for live and stage events at TAJ and Novotel hotels in Hyderabad. The Italian manufacturer joins other brands in the Namdhari Impex inventory including Audiofocus, Next-proaudio, QSC, Audio-Technica, Eurocable, Link, Pioneer DJ, Hansel, Zeus, Digique, Audios and Delta.

As a user of Powersoft amplification for more than eight years, Gurprit Singh is excited about the new relationship. ‘It is a great honour and privilege to become one of the distributors and to be associated with the most technologically advanced brand in the world,’ he offered. ‘The premium quality of their amplifiers is what sets them apart. They have been tested here in India time and again and have proven to be one of the best in the business.’

Apart from being one of the first few companies to purchase Powersoft K3 and K8 models in the region, Namdhari Impex's familiarity with the brand is not restricted to its amplifiers alone, explained Gurprit Singh: ‘Audiofocus already has a tie up with the company for modules, so in a way we are already a customer of Powersoft. It will be easier for us to ensure and commit better service to the clients who will be using the speakers powered by the Powersoft modules, and also for the clients who will be using the amps for the passive speakers as we would be a distributor for the same brand here.’

The distributor has already set out its marketing and promotional strategies, which include carrying out local demos as part of its nationwide promotional campaign. ‘We have been getting excellent support from the company executives, who have spared no effort in ensuring that we have the best possible assistance as far as competitive pricing, excellent marketing strategy and areas of technical know-how are concerned,’ concluded Gurprit Singh. ‘We hope we can achieve the targets we have set for ourselves given our reputation in the domestic and international market of pro audio systems.’
